Chapter 11 Sign 117

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ١١٧

117.

And not is your Lord to His destroying the cities with wrongdoing and their keepers righteous.
