THE CONTENTION

وَيَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَكَ بِٱلۡعَذَابِ وَلَن يُخۡلِفَ ٱللَّهُ وَعۡدَهُۥۚ وَإِنَّ يَوۡمًا عِندَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلۡفِ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ٤٧
47.
And they ask you to hasten with the punishment, and not will He differ, the God, His promise. And surely a Day with your Lord like a thousand years from what you add.
