Chapter 28 Sign 68

وَرَبُّكَ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيَخۡتَارُۗ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ٦٨

68.

And your Lord, He creates what He wishes and He chooses. Not is to them the choice. Glory the God and High over what they partner.
