يَعِدُهُمۡ وَيُمَنِّيهِمۡۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا١٢٠
120.
He promises them and he makes them desire, and not he promises them, the Satan, except deception.
