كَانُواْ لَا يَتَنَاهَوۡنَ عَن مُّنكَرٖ فَعَلُوهُۚ لَبِئۡسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ٧٩

79.

They were, not they stopping over weirdness, they did it. To be evil what they were, they doing.
