Chapter 63 Sign 7

هُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا تُنفِقُواْ عَلَىٰ مَنۡ عِندَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ حَتَّىٰ يَنفَضُّواْۗ وَلِلَّهِ خَزَآئِنُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ٧

Them, those, they say “Don’t you spend over those with Messenger of the God till they go away.” And to God treasures of the Heavens and the Earths, and but surely the hypocrites, not they comprehend.
