Chapter 14 Sign 4

وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوۡمِهِۦ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمۡۖ فَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ٤

And not We sent from Messenger except with tongue of his people, to his clarifying to them, but He makes astray, the God, one He wishes and He guides one He wishes. And He the Mighty, the Wise.
